Eligibility Details
- Domicile: Must be resident of Uttar Pradesh
- Enrollment: Currently studying in school/college/institute
- Pre-Matric: Only Class 9th & 10th students
- Post-Matric Intermediate: Only Class 11th & 12th students
- Post-Matric Other: UG/PG/Diploma (except Class 9-12)
- Bank & Aadhaar: Aadhaar linked with bank account & mobile
- Academic: Passed previous exam
- Renewal: Previous year applicants can renew (no new registration needed)
- Application Fee: Completely FREE

How to Apply (Mandatory OTR from 2025-26)
- Step 1: One Time Registration (OTR)
- Mobile Number Authentication
- Aadhaar e-KYC
- OTR Number Generation (sent to mobile)
- Step 2: Register on Scholarship Portal using OTR number
- Step 3: Fill Application Form (Fresh or Renewal)
- Step 4: Institute Verification (Biometric + Forwarding)
- Step 5: District Scholarship Committee Verification
- Step 6: Aadhaar-based Fund Transfer
- Important: Only one OTR per student allowed
